These are the Mobile app wireframe screens in a prototype. This was a classic mobile-first approach, as most of their site visits were mobile. We addressed many areas of the Petplan strategy, including mobile web, mobile, apps, personalization for repeat site visitors, and improved communication between Petplan and the consumer. Many of the steps created during the buying and setup experience are to impart important information and clarify the insurance benefits to the consumer.
